Orthodontist Dr. Vessela ( Essy ) Vassileva received her Dental Degree from the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria in 2003. Following a number of years in general dentistry, her strong interest in orthodontics inspired her to start working with removable appliances and in 2009 she was introduced to the world of fixed orthodontic appliances and the Alexander Discipline. She was taught by Dr. R.G. Alexander, one of the worldwide leading professors in orthodontics and she confidently resolved many orthodontic treatments over the past ten years.

For Dr. Essy, the path to be a perfect orthodontist led here to further expand here knowledge in the academic field and in 2018 Dr. Vassileva was awarded a Masters Degree in Clinical Dentistry, Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics from BPP University, London, UK.

Dr. Vassileva is a Member of the Irish Dental Association, Dublin Dental Study Club, Bulgarian Dental Association and Alexander Club (Alexander Discipline Orthodontic Study Club) Bulgaria.

Dr. Essy is also fluent in Spanish and can easily understand Italian or Portuguese speaking patients.

Receptionist Michelle keeps the surgery running smoothly and efficiently. Her wonderfully cheerful personality and sense of humor make sure everyone is kept in high spirits throughout the day!

Registered Dental Nurse Michaela is originally from Slovakia and has been in Ireland since 2006. She qualified as a Paediatric Nurse in 1994 and has several years of nursing experience in both hospitals & dental practices. She also graduated as a Dental Nurse from Trinity College Dublin with distinction in 2015. Michaela loves all aspects of dentistry and has nursing experience in root canal therapy, dental implants, orthodontics, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She is registered with the Irish Dental Council and the Irish Dental Nurses Association.

General Dentist & Endodontist, originally from Czech Republic, Dr Tomas qualified as a dentist in 2016 from the Charles University in Prague. His academic achievements and dedication to his field have laid the foundation for his exceptional career in dentistry. Dr. Kral established his own successful dental practice in the Czech Republic, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of patient care. Following this, he further expanded his professional horizons by working as a dentist in Poland for 2.5 years, broadening his expertise and enriching his knowledge of diverse dental practices. Dr. Kral commitment to staying at the forefront of dental technology is evident in his use of a dental microscope for performing precise endodontic treatments and the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. His proficiency in these advanced techniques ensures that patients receive the highest standard of care and comfort during their dental procedures.

Dr Gillian joined to our team in 2024 as General Dentist , she graduated from the Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (2010). Fully registered with the Irish Dental Council and a member of the Irish Dental Association. Over 13 years of experience in busy private dental practice. She is caring and enthusiastic with a calm and patient demeanour that allows her to easily build lasting patient relationships.
